These Design Guidelines shall govern the development of all housing built in The Parks of West Bedford’s Belle Rose Park.

West Bedford Holdings Limited (WBHL) for Belle Rose Park, reserve the rights to waive any of the requirements in these Design Guidelines where it deems, in their sole discretion, to be appropriate.
