“Northwood is proud to be part of the Parks of West Bedford community. Our goal is to be more than a building in a community. We want to be part of the community and build capacity for that community to live more. This community garden was designed by the people living here in West Bedford and is open for the community to use. There are still planter beds available for rent and we would welcome more people to participate on the steering committee. Meet the Neighbours! Northwood is the largest not-for-profit continuing care organization in Atlantic Canada, serving more than 6,500 people per day. This community garden can be found in front of their Ivany Place building on Gary Martin Drive.
